LawFeed is a public legal-information and discussion service. By creating an account or using interactive features, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Community Guidelines, and any product rules shown during signup or policy acceptance.
You must provide accurate account information, keep your login method secure, and use LawFeed only if you are old enough to use the service under applicable law. Public profiles may use pseudonymous handles and display names, but account email verification is required for signup and login. You are responsible for activity under your account.
LawFeed provides access to public legal materials and public discussion. LawFeed does not provide legal advice, does not create an attorney-client relationship, and is not a substitute for a qualified lawyer. Do not rely on LawFeed for decisions about your own rights, deadlines, filings, emergencies, immigration status, housing, criminal, family, employment, or other personal legal matters.
Posts, comments, citations, profile details, badges, follows, reactions, reposts, and uploaded images may be public. Do not post private facts, confidential information, sealed court materials, client information, sensitive personal information, or content you do not have the right to share. You grant LawFeed permission to host, store, display, reproduce, format, moderate, and distribute your submitted content as needed to operate and improve the service.
LawFeed may display statutes, regulations, cases, public-source excerpts, citation metadata, summaries, and source links. Legal materials may be incomplete, delayed, unofficial, inaccurate, or affected by source limitations. Always verify important legal information against official sources.
You may not use LawFeed to harass people, threaten harm, impersonate others, misrepresent legal credentials, spam, evade enforcement, interfere with systems, upload unlawful or infringing media, share private personal information without permission, or provide or request personalized legal advice. You may not knowingly distort legal sources or present unsupported claims as verified law.
LawFeed may review reports, remove or limit content, add moderation notes, preserve evidence, restrict features, suspend accounts, reopen reports, or take other action to protect users, sources, legal compliance, and platform integrity. Report follow-up tools may be used for additional context, but LawFeed does not guarantee a particular response time or result.
Only post or upload content you have the right to use. LawFeed may remove or restrict content that appears to infringe copyrights, trademarks, publicity rights, or other rights. Copyright, DMCA, and related operator review requests can be submitted through the LawFeed legal request intake. LawFeed may also restrict accounts that repeatedly post infringing material.
LawFeed is evolving during public beta. Features may change, pause, fail, or be removed. LawFeed may update these Terms or related policies and may require users to accept updated policies before using interactive features.
